Hyatt Regency :

Samsara Resort, a three-star deluxe hotel, is scheduled to open in Thamel. Built with the theme "small is beautiful", the hotel has 25 rooms, a bar and a coffee shop. Its rooftop restaurant offers a bird's-eye view of the Kathmandu Valley along with a panoramic vista of Ganesh and Langtang Himal.

Ramesh Rawal is the manager of the resort. He started his career as sales executive at Everest Express Tours & Travels at the Soaltee Crowne Plaza. After working there for five years, he joined the Fulbari Resort & Spa as sales manager. He also worked at the Hotel Vaishali as sales manager for three years.

Hotel Gangjong :

Hotel Gangjong harmonizes the feel of mystic Tibet with the high standards of Western comforts. The hotel has 52 well-appointed rooms, including a suite, 12 deluxe and six interconnecting rooms suitable for families. It is the only vegetarian hotel in town.
