


Royal Trekking
This is very easy trek, Prince Charles trekked this way in the 1980 so its call royal trek. It is very short and trek, wide trail but mountain views are massif and beautiful. Its start from Pokhara has to climbed gently up to Kalikasthan Then walk through top of the green hills, can see mountain ranges of Annapurna, Manasulu and Dhaulagiri, Hindus peoples nice views of Rupa and Fewa lakes. This can be a life time experience for those who dream to be in the kingdom of Himalayas.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival, transfer to the hotel and unpacking.
Day 2: Full day sight seeing around the three queen cities in kathmandu valley.
Day 3: Drive or fly out from Kathmandu to Pokhara and camping at Pokhara or in a Hotel.
Day 4: Pokhara to Kalikasthan (1,870m). Also trek starts after drive approximately half an hour by taxi or a reserved bus from Pokhara Bazaar to Bijayapur Khola. Brahman and chhetries mostly inhabit the route along to Kalikasthan. The children may hassle to the tourists asking for sweets, ballpens, note books , money etc.
Day 5: Kalikasthan to syaklung (1,780m) , also known as Gurung village, the trail continues through jungle, taking views of Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal, Manaslu, Himchuli and so on initially the trail descend steeply down to Chautara. The trail twists, west leads to Begnas Tal, likewise east to Marsyangdi Khola. The Royal Trek's trail climbs towards the camping spot Chisapani.
Day 6: Chisapani to Pokhara: Trail follows steeply down for an hour to reach into a small valley with a smal
l stream. Trek will end at Pokhara after drive approximately 12 km. from Begnas Bazaar by a taxi or a reserved bus and camping at Pokhara or stay in a hotel.
Day 7: Pokhara to Kathmandu
